Belated Thanksgiving to U.S. people. I pretty much just ate a lot. There wasn't any turkey, or even a whole chicken. There was... Chinese take-out orange chicken, haha. But I just ate mostly snacks and desserts. @__@; Oops. Nothing much during Black Friday either. I didn't shop at all. I wanted a lightboard, a personal T-shirt screen-printer, a PSP, and to upgrade some hardware on my computer. But all of that is expensive, and shopping is tiring. Plus, I'm busy. And Mom, the shopaholic, got sick.

...I'm feeling the sickness coming, too. The tinglies in my throat, ugh. X( And I'm cold.

I heard from my relatives that not a lot of people were buying stuff. Like at Best-Buy, they were announcing on the speakers that they still had TVs left. I'm guessing sales weren't as good this year, with people more reluctant to spend money. I remember Black Friday being a really big deal way back when. Now it's like it didn't even occur. Hmm. A part of me does wish I went shopping though. I really wouldn't mind a PSP. *bricked*

I went with kyraensui , mingmingcheong , and jelly_soup today to do photoshoots with my friend who is a photographer :D Actually, we had a lot of mishappen... misses and delays and strange happenings but it was all good in the end (at least, it was on my side). We did Ciel and Sebastian from Black Butler <3 The skies were gray with rain off and on and huge gusts of wind that sprang up out of nowhere, so the setting was very appropriate. We used an old cathedral in downtown too, so it was awesome. While we were posing, apparently one guy was staring so hard at us that he almost rammed into a pole. AHAHA.

I had a freaky dream today. I think I'll start recording my dreams here... because they're really demented, day after day.
I was in a huge maze-like cathedral where all the people wore white flowy robes and where pale, blonde, and skinny. They would just stand around and murmur quietly while standing high above the ground in alcoves. I knew I was brought there and for no good reason, so I tried to run and hide. There was an oldsmobile parked next to a curb (inside the church, weird, I know) that I first hid inside, then got out and hid underneath. A long, slender black-haired lady was searching for me and she stopped by the car. I tried to crawl underneath but she walked around it and I froze, knowing she'd seen me. When I turned around to look she had bent all the way over and had her face right next to my waist, staring at me. I gave up and obediantly followed her back... I forgot what happened after that (there was something significant), then they fed me a medicine and I started to cry in fear. They led me around to all the white-robed members of the church and they all took bites out of my left arm. The flesh was all stringy and rubbery and the blood would leak out. Then, a classmate from school appeared and they all forgot about me in excitement. I felt a deja-vu, and ran because I knew what they would do to him and I was afraid to see it happen again. In my mind, I remembered that they made him eat his own stomach out and snap out the ribs. The rest was blurry. They caught me again, something happened but they didn't eat me anymore. I was set free for some reason and they gave me back my mom(?) who was suddenly being held prisoner in the church. She was model-gorgeous with curly brown hair (my real mom is nothing like that).

All my dreams are like this :/ FML. This one had a strangely happy ending, but all I could remember were all those strange white people eatting out of my arm and my friend's ribs lying in a bloody mess.

I just want to throw it all in the air and go: Screw this.

Calc quiz 'round the corner. Anywhere caught up? Have I even understood anything the past few days? Not at all. Done one of the art reqs for my app, but don't know when to get the other done. Not to mention I still don't understand my sister's crit. Now I have this nagging feeling in the back of my head that the art teacher will reject it or it won't get accepted by the app people. Still have them projects to do, too. Speaking of apps I still have those college apps to get goin' on. If I hadn't gotten so sick, I would be so much more caught up with everything.

Also, my computer? Still out of commission.

I am unhappy. But I wish I were so much more apathetic. :/ I'm just not having fun, and nothing feels worth it. I'm not down in the dumps--though it sometimes feels that way--I'm not angry--though I get irritated easily nowadays--I'm not tired physically, but my mind seems to be. Just...What am I doing? Really.

It's already Saturday. Dadgum it.

If there's a disease for losing things, then I probably have it.

I'm extremely fed up with myself, for carelessly misplacing things, unconsciously leaving things where they shouldn't be left, dropping stuff without noticing, or simply forgetting.

Here is a list of things I've lost recently:
- my nice pen (Hey, it was important to me.)
- 10 dollar bill
- Christmas gift for someone I bought ahead of time
- letters I've written but haven't sent
- my cellphone (AGAIN)

( blablahblah I vent )

If there's a cure/method for not losing things, please tell me. I really hate the dumb, useless, careless klutz that I am.

Edit: Okay all is well and it was found on the street. But still. Any tips on not losing stuff would be very helpful. =__= I was in a pretty somber mood the whole day. Sorry if anyone was victim to my like... dark aura. DX

ew why do my lj cuts look so gross

It's like Dad comes home and everything kinda goes back to normal again. Sort of. But it's great!

I got the syllabus for Japanese II, and I'm kinda dumbfounded. I took a summer class at a community college, and it seems that's equivalent to a year of Japanese at my school. I guess, my school's ripping me off in the East Asian languages department. (Compare the tuition my parents are paying to a FREE class (not including textbooks)...) I'm definitely going to try to test out, or at least hit Jp III to fulfill my foreign language requirement. Then if I succeed, I'd get extra room to take Chinese. owo Or maybe music composition. Or maybe take a beginning guitar class.

The end of the semester is near~~~!!! Hah. I need to draw. I changed my storyboard last minute, so I need to get all the elements drawn by Wednesday.

Speaking of drawing! I... reread PE from chapters 1-10 at work (while munching on some delicious pumpkin muffins from the desk secretary). I still get excited reading the action scenes. =w= Man, I want to draw action scenes.

I don't have much time to draw, but I am drawing A LOT in class, like every class possible, except animation because the lab's too dark. My friend mentioned that I drew mostly guys so I decided I should draw more girls.
(  Which is harder than it looks because this is all I came up with during bio lab. )
